Autumn Goodness

Fall is here. I can smell it. And there's that little nip in the air. It's pretty much perfect.

And when the weather gets a little chilly, I start thinking about pie. And it seems I'm not the only one.

Aren't these gorgeous?

And take a look at these mini pumpkin pies.

And even though I hear these little pies on a stick are a tad dry, I still love them.

But wait! There's more! Little individual pies in a jar! Lovely. I think this may be my favorite idea.

Yep. Gonna need some pie here people.

Handfuls of Goodness

Some of the sea treasures I found this summer. One last little look back at the sunshine days as fall enters stage left. And, oh my yes! that is an orange sea glass marble!

Lucky doesn't even begin to describe it.

Feathers

I've been slightly obsessed with feathers for the last little bit. In hair. On lapels. On shoes. Well maybe not shoes, I'm just trying to think of something else.

Anyway.

What did I do before Etsy? It must have been a pretty hollow existense. Without feather necklaces.

Hanging Gardens of the Kitchen

This is a pretty splendid idea from Boskke. From what I can gather, the planter has a resevoir of water that it uses to keep the plant hydrated. Fairly simply. I think. Unless I've got it all wrong.

I can't figure out how much they are yet, though. I'm not sure they are being distributed yet.

I'm imagining this as my kitchen.

And that's my well manicured hand snipping a bit o' fresh rosemary dish for some culinary masterpiece I'm whipping up.

Yes... imagining.
